I talk to people almost daily that are either being booted out of their home or are walking from it. Those that try to sell it keep running into their neighbors foreclosures at much lower prices. Many are just throwing up their hands. When you combine this with the unemployment (the real 20+%) in this country, this death spiral is still spinning with no end in site.
