I'm a Realtor in Maryland and it really depends where you're at for the real estate market. My office is in Salisbury MD but within 30 min at Ocean City MD the market is jumping. The main reason is the beach location but even in the winter time it's booming. The market is steady in Salisbury but I think in a year or two it will be back up and running!
